How to Request the availability of rooms in a Hotel?
• After you press the “Request” button, next to any room/rooms, an e-mail is immediately sent to the hotel administration. Then, in 24 hours you are going to receive an e-mail with the availability of the room/rooms notification. • In case, the requested room/rooms are Approved, they are going to be automatically moved to your “Shopping cart”. Unless you proceed with booking of approved items in 24 hours, this Approved request is going to change its status from Approved to Expired, and these approved items will be removed from your “Shopping cart”. Then, if you want to request these items one more time, click on the Repeat Request link in “Pending Requests” section. If you don’t, simply Delete them from your “Pending Requests” list. • In case, the requested room/rooms are Declined, the only option you will have is simply deleting them from your “Pending Requests” list, and contacting TurkeyTPS.com Customer Support Center for an alternative to be proposed.
