How to repair hole in irrigation lines?

If it’s PVC, there are kits for repair.  If it’s for a Sprinkler Systems, you might have to replace a section of hose with a new piece and two connectors.  If it’s copper pipe or iron pipe, you need a plumber.

The do-it-yourself plumber generally encounters two types of lawn irrigation line repairs: the slip-joint repair and the pipe-thread joint repair. Slip-joint repairs use a special glue to connect smooth-ended PVC pipes with fittings, and pipe-thread joints connect with the familiar “screw-on” components. Broken supply lines usually require slip-joint repairs, and damaged sprinkler risers or sprinkler heads usually require threaded joint repairs. If you master both types of repairs, you’ll be prepared to perform nearly any fix.
