How to remove virus with PC Tools AntiVirus?
PC Tools AntiVirus’ scan function is capable of conducting a system-wide scan of files on your computer for the presence of infected or suspicious objects. Infected objects are those that are known to contain virus or related malware code. On the other hand, suspicious objects are those which contain code that is either modified or reminiscent to that of a virus or related malware. When the scanner finds an infected object, PC Tools AntiVirus first attempts to disinfect it. If the object cannot be disinfected, it is either quarantined or removed, depending on the ‘Action to be performed on a detected object’ option selected on the Settings -> Scan Settings screen.
