How to remove unspent points/convictions on your UK driving licence?

Like the previous answer, my first impression was that yuou wanted to remove them illegally. But maybe you mean remove spent convictions. You can send in your licence to DVLA after the time period has run and get a new licence, but that makes no difference to your insurance because when you are asked about past or current convictions/ppoints on your licence, you woudl be lying if you say you do not have any or did not have any. If you do that sure you will have a piece of paper that says you are insured, but if you need to claim then the insurers will find out from DVLA that you lied and invalidate your insurance. This will mean that in addition to the police possibly pursuing you for whatever led to your claim if it was an offence, they will go for you for being uninsured, and you will be liable for the costs to the other side if you were at fault, and if you killed or injured anyone you will go to jail, and when you come out you could have angry family members gunning for you. So all

You can’t just remove them, you should of thought about the insurance prices when you done the crime which resulted in you getting points.
