If you are using Internet Explorer then right click Tools (or an open area around the toolbar) and on the list of toolbars see if it shows this new toolbar. Using the name in the list go back to add or remove programs and look again. If you still can’t find it in add or remove programs, then click the buttons on the new toolbar and see if you can find an uninstall option. If you are using IE 8, then click the X before the toolbar and that will disable/hide the toolbar. If you are using IE 7, then click Tools, Manage Add-ons and disable the toolbar. If this new toolbar is under Firefox, then most of the time it will not show in add or remove programs. Click Tools, click Add-ons, click the Extension tab (at the top), click the new toolbar, click Uninstall.
