How to Remove Permanent Marker from Vinyl?
Permanent markers are wonderful tools-when we’re marking on pupose. But when accidents happen with one, the indelible part can be downright annoying. To remove permanent marker ink from vinyl, use a clean, white cloth and non-acetone nail polish remover. Pour a small amount of the polish remover on the white cloth. Dab the stain- Do not rub! When your cloth begins to take on the color of the ink, repeat the process with a clean part of the cloth. Continue to repeat with clean white cloth and small amounts of polish remover. Be patient-if you take your time, you will have better results. As with any chemical cleaner, you will want to test for colorfastness in a hidden or not-so-noticeable spot on the vinyl.
