How To Remove Old/Deleted Folder Names From Organize – Using Folders Drop-Down List?
Hello, Under Tools – Organize – Using folders, how can we delete folder names from the “Move message selected below to” drop-down list? After a while, it becomes full of folders, some of which will have been deleted. It’s even worse when a user deletes a folder, then creates a new folder with the same name…. you get two folders in the list with the same name and have to guess which is the correct one! Can’t see any obvious way, a Google search hasn’t helped so far either. Thanks, – Alan.
