How to remove calcium build up off my tongue ring?
you cannot remove the buildup on your tongue ring. just like teeth tartar can build up on any hard surface in your mouth if not cleaned. you should change your tongue ring and then every time you brush your teeth( 2-3 times daily along with flossing and rinsing) brush the ring. I am a dental hygienist, and when i was younger i had my tongue pierced twice. I can tell you from experience, and from seeing patients in my dental chair, that having a tongue ring is not worth the risks. infection, chipped teeth, and bone loss in your lower front teeth are very common.
