Kids are known to get all kinds of things in their hair. Baby oil would seem like a nightmare, but it is actually not that bad. To remove baby oil from hair you should be able to use normal shampoo and wash it out. If this does not work then use Dawn dishwashing detergent. Dawn is mild, but it has awesome grease fighting abilities.
