How to release a spam blocked mail ?

– Login to the ECM frontend. – Go to Reports tab –> Spam Mail Reports. – It will show the list of quarantine mails. Select the mails that you want to release and click on “Not a Spam”. Note: You can release the mail blocked in spam if the action on the spam mails is store/quarantine.
