Thank you, Theresa –> Jill Anderson January 21st, 2009 at 5:30 pm I purchased a Quarterhorse mare & her foal 10/07. I have not transfered the papers yet. I have the mare’s and foal’s papers, but not the foal’s permanent papers with her markings filled in. All the papers I have are completed. I wasn’t sure how to get her markings on her papers until I read this article. If I take the 5 pictures as described in the article and send them along with the papers for transfer for both her and her mom, how much will that cost so I know how much money to send? Also, which forms do I need to include? Thanks. I have wanted to get this done since I purchased them both, but didn’t know how.
