• Fill out a Registration form • Register at the Plumbing Inspections Section which is located on the 2nd floor of our office at 3300 Main St. First time registration is required to be done at our office. Renewals may be done via fax. Please contact the Plumbing Inspections Section at 713-535-7700 for more information. Fee: Beginning September 1, 2009, master plumbers will no longer be required to pay a fee when registering with the City of Houston per HB 1354 which was approved in the State of Texas Legislature.
