How to reform and restructure the Common Agriculture Policy?
In November 2003, the European Commission recognized a “high level of alignment with the acquis in the most policy areas”, but some efforts should be pursued or else the administrative capacity could to be too weak i.e. in the agriculture sector mainly in Hungary and Slovakia. The reform of the agriculture sector is one of the most important challenges of the whole transition process from communist and traditional economies to market one, when ones realises which preconditions were found in 1989 in Eastern Europe.
