KeyScan product installation must be done with “Administrator” user account. In addition, under Win7 and Window Vista when you install the software by manually clicking on the installation setup file, you must right-click and select “Run As Administrator”. If the installation was not done according to the above instructions you may get one or more of the following problems- • • Product calibration will fail. • Software may fail to start. • Driver may not be installed. To resolve this issue: Follow the instructions in “How to install software update for the KS810-P product”. Please make sure you login using administrator user account and right click and select “Run As Administrator” when activating the downloaded installation software.
