How to put forward a case for bullying/discrimination in the workplace?

In order to file a discrimination case, you have to show that your treatment was based on being a member of a protected class, i.e. age, sex, race, national origin, disability and that you were treated differently than someone outside of your protected class in the same or a similar situation. Your situation has to meet that definition in order to be discrimination. If it is a case of poor management you would probably need to contact an employment attorney.
