How to Put Contacts in?

0

Putting contacts in differs from person to person. The easiest way to do this, is to hold your lower lid with the opposite hand, such as left eye, right hand, right eye, left hand. Hold it firmly in place to keep it from blinking. With your other hand, rest your palm on your forehead, with the contact stuck and shaped like a smooth bowl on the end of your index finger. Gently raise your upper eyelid with your middle finger, and hold it firmly in place to avoid blinking. Look as far up as you can, and lower your index finger, and gently press the contact to your eye, using very gentle pressure. Now, slowly look down, and close your eyes, careful not to blink hard when doing so. Your contact should now be in place, and ready to go for the day. Be sure to do this over an area where the contact will not get lost, or flushed down the toilet, or washed down the sink. You can find more information here: http://www.obrigcontactlenses.com/applyl…
