How to provide nationwide rollout; support and service to subscribers?
MyKRIS as an infrastructure independent Multi Services Provider, will work with various parties including Telekom Malaysia across all platforms i.e. wired/wireless for nationwide roll out. It is also in MyKRIS plan to setup MyKRIS E-Service Center (MEC) throughout the country to offer 1st level and front desk support and service for all walk in customers. MyKRIS will also leverage on cutting edge management system to provide real time online assistance for customer support.
