How to properly submit a support ticket?

Start GoodSync and select Help -> Create Ticket. This will show a Dialog with a link to ZIP file that you should attach to your ticket. Go to GoodSync Support System and create a ticket. In the ticket click Attach Files -> Browse button and select ZIP file that GoodSync created. This attaches technical info about your jobs to the ticket and our supporters see how your GoodSync is setup.
