Each certificate is registered and considered to be non-transferable (loan or exchange). If the certificate Subscriber leaves, his certificate must be revoked. An Individual Subscriber Request, corresponding to a new Subscriber, can then be addressed to the branch office that will then send it to SG Trust Services.
