How to print Sales by Customer Detail or Summary report by in alphabetical order by customer?
When a report doesn’t come out in order, it is an indication that your Customer Name list is not really in order. Open the Customer Center. At the top, use the View menu > Re-sort List. Now all reports will be in order. When you add a new customer, QB puts them in the top of the list and not alphabetical. Someone convinced the programmers to make this change a few years ago.
