How to print a large document on both sides of the paper using HP 4050 TN?
In the absence of a “Duplexer” (a mechanical attachment that allows printing on both sides of a paper automatically) for 4050 TN, you have to follow the following steps: If the PDF document you wish to print has, say 68 pages, then 1. Take 34 sheets of paper 2. Open Adobe Acrobat and then the PDF file 3. Check if the 4050 TN Print Queue is free 4. Select All Pages and Select Odd Pages – Give Print Command 5. Immediately afterwards, Select All Pages and Select Even Pages – Give Print Command 6. Open the BACK Cover of 4050 TN and extend it to hold the papers that come out 7. Place the 34 sheets in the front tray #1 8. The printer will first print all the odd pages (page 1 to page 67). They will get collected at the printer’s back cover tray (page 1 will be at the bottom, page 67 will be at the top). 9.
