How to prevent hormonal headaches?
• Exercise regularly. Yoga and breathing exercises maintain the hormonal balance and are effective in curing hormonal headaches. This will help in toning of muscles and strengthen them. It will also relieve stress. • Eat healthy food. Avoid ready to eat and heat and eat type of foods. These are processed food and contain lot of preservatives. • Drink ample water.
