how to preserve flowers.
Well, I had never heard of this but probably everyone else has….. When M got a rose for being in the Nutcracker, Amanda (my new dil!) took it, hung it upside down on a hook (she used a clothespin) and we kept it there since then. Now it looks really neat. I don’t know if you could have a bunch of upside-down flowers hanging everywhere for months, but it worked well. We just now put it back into a vase. It’s dry, but looks good.
