How to Prepare Eggplant?
Eggplant can be prepared in many ways, including fried, baked, roasted, grilled and sauteed. To fry the eggplant, cut it in thin slices and then dredge it in a mixture of beaten egg and then dip it in flour or bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil in a deep fryer until golden brown and then place on paper towels to get rid of the excess oil.
