How to practice stomach breathing?
When you practice stomach breathing, we recommend that you lie down, relax the whole body, and straighten your legs naturally. Breathe in through your nose, keep your chest still and let your stomach rise slowly; then breathe out through your mouth, let your stomach fall slowly. Normally each breath (in and out) takes about 10 seconds. You can slow down the breathing speed after some practice – the slower, the better.
