How to Plant Seed Potatoes
Once you have your seed potatoes with the eyes. Then you can cut up the larger potatoes leaving at least one eye per section, smaller potatoes can be left hole and planted that way. Once you have planted the potatoes planted a plant will grow. Once this plant has died off then you can start digging up your potatoes. You do not need to dig them all up, the earth will act like a refrigerator keeping your potatoes good until the grown freezes.
