How to place an order with Joypets?
First, you should have our wholesale price list at hand. If not, please leave us a message or email us asking for a wholesale price list. After that, you just need to fill out the spread sheet with your order and email back to us. If you couldn’t open up the excel format files, please let us know, and we’ll send you the price list in PDF format. You can also directly email us the item numbers, sizes and quantity that you want. We’ll get back you soon with the detailed item list and formula invoice for your confirmation.
