Within a few business days, you will receive an email with one or more colors of actual hair samples for you to choose from or you can email us photos of your desired look. No pushy sales person, no pressure, no embarrassment… If you need extra help, please don’t hesitate to call us: we are trained to help you over the phone. In a few weeks your wig will be totally hand-made to your own head measurements, One to three hairs at a time, in order to achieve the best results. Custom wigs are hand-tied on a LACE FRONT or FULL LACE CAP. We can make a natural looking custom system uniquely designed just for you. Hair loss is our specialty. Ordering with Nature Girl is very straightforward process. 1) Our order form will prompt you to give us all the information to make your unit and we will contact you immediately if we have any questions. 2) You can also make a mold of your head and send it to us. These are instructions for making a mold. WHAT ARE YOU STOCK SIZES: REFUND POLICY: No Refunds. Exchanges and Revisions Only. Wigs will be exchanged or revised as long as they are in the original condition with all Nature Girl tags and lace intact within 7 DAYS of receipt. If the wig has been worn or there is make-up on the unit or the lace has been trimmed we CAN NOT exchange the unit for any reason. DEPOSIT POLICY: We apologize for any inconvenience but Nature Girl has a No Refunds policy. Deposits are required to make your custom unit. All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable.
