The approved calendar is published in all important Newspapers all over the country in the beginning of financial year i.e. April/May for inviting application from the interested registered craft person all over the country. The craftspersons are requested to submit their application to their nearest marketing centre of field offices of O/o DC(H). The HM&SEC/CWTSC/Regional Office the list of artisans for participation in Gandhi Shilp Bazar & send it to concerned Regional Directors where the event is being organized with a copy to Hqrs. Office. The stalls are provided free of cost.
