How to paint air force ones?

The Air Force One is the current presidential aircraft (a Boeing VC-25). Security in the government would not let you near the President’s aircraft, but if you were going to paint it you would need strip the entire aircraft to bare metal (wearing a protective suit). All control surfaces, all trim, fiberglass and plastic pieces have to be removed and examined for replacement. Cracks need to be filled and sanded. You need a crew of at least 50 to do the painting, some managing the mixing of paint, some the equipment, some the rolling ladders, some the spraying. All this while the Air Force one is under complete government security monitoring.
