I am having this same problem right now. I open the fridge at least twice every half hour when I’m home. Make sure that what you have in your fridge is healthy, that way when you feel the need to binge, your options will be healthy and not harming to your body or weight. Or — you should try to find something that you like equally as much as you like food and whenever you feel the need to go eat, do that instead. For instance if you feel like eating every time you feel bored, fill that space, and do something productive instead. Or tell yourself, everytime you eat, you will go for a walk afterwards (basically make it into a little game with yourself). You wont feel like eating as often if you know that you will have to go for a walk everytime you do. That is not to say you shouldn’t be going for walks already.
