How to organize the official PRINCE2 examination?
The PRINCE2 Foundation official examination has to be organized by the Learning Manager of your office, in consultation with LRC. As mentioned in the LRC November 2005 Update sent to HQ and CO Learning Managers, in order to prepare for the offering of the official PRINCE2 examination (maximum 60 GB pounds per person, to be paid by the office), all Country Offices need to choose two invigilators. An invigilator is an approved proctor who will administer and score the exam. We recommend two invigilators per office so that in the event that one of them also wishes to take the exam, there is an alternate proctor. If you have not done so already, please confer with your Management Team on who the two are and please send each person’s CV to learning@undp.org with the subject line: PRINCE2 Invigilators CV.
