How to open or decrypt an encrypted file or folder?
Encrypted files: Double-click an encrypted file in Windows Explorer, enter the password in the window that pops up, and select Open or Decrypt. Flash-Encrypted folders: Double-click a Flash-Encrypted folder in Windows Explorer, enter the password in the window that pops up, and select Open or Decrypt.
