XP Users: to open up a template, select new document, then from the right hand side in the task pane under the heading Templates, click on ‘on my computer’. Select the template you require from under the general tab. Vista Users: to open up a template, select new document, then click on ‘My templates’ from the left hand side under the heading Templates. Select the template you require.
