How to not get a verizon wireless prepaid phone for the price without the Activation Fee?
Yeah. This sucks. I saw the ad too. I was gonna get one till I saw that the activation costs more then the dang phone. Sure they give you $10 free airtime but whatever. If you buy Verizon inpulse online, they will charge you, no way around it. If you buy at a Verizon store, they will probably charge you. The only way to avoid a $25 ripoff like that activation fee is to go buy it from Walmart or Best Buy. I haven’t seen the Juke there yet. The good thing is that a month ago, the juke was going for 49.99. They also had the Motorola W385 for sale online for $20 and that same damn ripoff fee. Sorry, there’s no way around it. I’d keep my eye on the local Walmart and Best Buy and wherever else they carry Verizon prepaid phones in case the Juke shows up at this price. You never know. I’m still looking.
