How to monitor the status of the Attendant Console?
A. The CcmLineLinkState performance counter in the Microsoft Performance Monitor counters provides a quick way to check whether the attendant console functions correctly. In order to view CcmLineLinkState and other performance monitoring information for Cisco Attendant Console, complete these steps: • Log into the Cisco CallManager server. • Choose Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Performance. • Click the View report data icon. • Click the + (Add counter) icon. • Choose System Monitor, enable All Counters, and choose Cisco CallManager Attendant Console from the Object drop-down list box. • Click Add.
