How to modify DS-156 and DS-157?
I have taken an online appointment for my parents at Chennai Consulate for Feb 8th at 8AM. But I have found out a couple of spelling mistakes in the names of the applicant’s parents name and spouse’s name. I need to change the following corrections: 1. Correction of the applicant’s(my mother’s) spouse name in DS-156 and DS-157 (I forgot to put the Last Name where they asked for Full Name) 2. Correction of the spelling of the applicant’s(my mother’s) father’s name in DS-157 3. Correction of the spelling of the applicant’s(my father’s) mother’s name in DS-157 Also I have selected the alternate passport delivery address as the Blue Dart Express ltd ,Vijayawada. What should I do if I want my parents’ to pick up their passport on the same day in Chennai? How can I change the delivery address? Please suggest me the best possible way to make these changes.
