Pork gravy is simple to make. First heat your pan over a med high heat, add about 3 tablespoons of oil. Get some pork chops and salt and pepper both sides, then dredge the pork in flour knock off any excess flour. Put the chops in the pan and let sear. Remove the chops once they have a golden brown color on the outside. Make a roux, by mixing flour slowly into the grease that has been left in the pan. Let cook for about a minute, add two cups of water and stir to loosen the bits at the bottom of the pan. Simmer the gravy, you can add whatever spices or ingredients you would like to flavor you gravy. Plate your pork and pour over it is that simple.
