How to make pizza dough?
Making pizza dough start by dissolve the yeast in a small bowl with warm water. Let it sit for about five minutes and stir to it finish dissolving. Combine the flour, olive oil, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Add water and yeast mixture to other ingredients in the bowl. Use electric mixer or flat spoon to mix. Mix until dough gets thick. Once thick knead dough. Coat another bowl with olive oil and place the dough into it then cover the bowl and let set to let the dough rise, which will take an hour or two. The dough should double in size. Set in a warm but not overly hot area.
