How to make own fertilizer?
I’m no organic chemist, but I’d be a bit careful about this. I’m told that there’s not much difference between making fertilizers and making explosives. During WW2, Germany quickly converted their fertilizer factories to explosive factories. If you’re comparing different fertilizers, I’d suggest your control be no fertilizer at all, and your organic or home-made fertilizer be something from a cow, a horse, etc. Probably anything from a herbivore could be used. If you know someone that raises worms, you could use some of the soil in their flats, too. Talk to a bait shop to find someone who raises worms. I know it sounds funny, but it is an actual kind of business.
