How to make my subsequent cash reload on an “offline” basis?
Step 1 – Your Tune-In Card must be activated online before you make any subsequent reload.Step 2 – Walk in to any of CIMB Bank or Bank Simpanan Nasional branches.Step 3 – Fill up a Cash Deposit Form (CIMB Bank Collect Service Form/ Bank Simpanan Nasional Deposit/ Bayaran/ Tuntutan Form) with the following information: • Your Tune-In Card 16–digit number • Subsequent load amount • NRIC number / Passport Number • Contact number • Contact numberStep 4 – Collect receipt as proof of purchase. Note: You will be required to pay an additional service fee of RM2.00 directly to CIMB Bank or Bank Simpanan Nasional. For CIMB Bank and Bank Simpanan Nasional, the reload amount will only be updated into your card account the next business day after 4pm.
