How to make my subsequent cash reload “offline” through E-Pay?
Step 1 – Your “Tune-In Card” must be activated online first before you make any subsequent reload.Step 2 – Walk in to any of E-Pay prepaid reload services which can be found at major convenient stores, retail outlets, major pharmacies, petrol stations, electrical chains and independent retailers near to you.Step 3 – Request for “Tune-In Card” and your desired top-up denomination. The retailer will swipe your card into the E-Pay terminal for verification and load the denomination amount which you have requested. Note: There will be an additional service fee of RM 2.00 which will be deducted automatically from your reload amount. For E-Pay, the reload amount will be updated into your card within the same day.
