How to make good rap music?
In order to make a good rap song, you have to know the formula. Without laying it all out, first you need to determine if you want to just flow, or if you want to add a hook. Once you get that determined, then you can make your next move which is the subject matter. If you’re gonna just flow, then you need to be precise on what your subject is, rather than just ramblin on about a little of everything (freestyle), unless that’s what U intend to do. Usually, if you are going to use a hook (chorus), you should come up with that first i.e. “I can grab the mic and say the same ole thing, or else I can be the first to change the game; cause other rappers grab the mic and they sound the same, I guess it’s up to me to have to change the game.” therefore, leading you into displaying your rhyme about the way you rap and your style, and how others will soon follow you and try to imitate you and your style.
