How to make GIF like JPEG Moving images. ANIMATED?
The image on the first link is a GIF image, as it is not possible to create animated JPEG images. You can however convert a layered JPEG image on Adobe photoshop into an animated GIF by going to ‘save for web’ under ‘file’ .To check to see what type any image is, such as on the first link on your question, right click the image and go down to ‘properties’ there it will say the type of image (JPEG, GIF etc). But what is wrong with GIF’s anyway.
Nah, it’s a GIF image, with a fake extension. Simply make a regular animated GIF, then change its extension to JPG. Upload to Youtube. Done. It is impossible to make animated JPEG. The JPEG standard does not define animation. The moving image version of JPEG is a separate standard called MJPG (Motion JPEG), but it is considered a VIDEO format, not animated IMAGE like GIF.
