To make a smoothie at home, add 1 cup of your favorite fruit to a blender. The fruit can be fresh but should be chilled or you can use frozen fruit. Next, add 1/2 cup of yogurt to the blender. You can use plain, vanilla or flavored yogurt, just pick your favorite. Now add 1 cup of cold milk and 3 ice cubes. Blend the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
