How to Make Ethanol Fuel?
The process of making ethanol fuel is almost exactly same as making homemade grain alcohol. You need a sour corn mash and that needs to ferment. Then you take the fermented fluid and send that through a distillation process which produces pure ethanol. Now in order to make it fuel grade and not potable (that way you don’t get in trouble for making moonshine) you have to add something that makes it undrinkable, normally gasoline.
