How to make Delete and View/Edit EVM settings links work in evmDelivery messages when using an email client, such as Eudora or Thunderbird?
The link to delete this message may not display or work properly in a desktop client if the client is configured to display all messages in plain text. • Eudora go to tools, options, viewing mail, and make sure “Use Microsoft’s Viewer” is selected under message window. • Thunderbird click on view, message body as, and choose HTML. Close the application and when you reopen the links should work.
