To make cornhole bags you will need 16 7″ x7″ squares of duck cloth in two colors, 8 each color. 8 pounds of dried corn. You will also need a pair of scissors, a sewing machine, a pen and sewing pins. First cut your fabric into 16 squares of 7″ x7″ duck cloth squares. Place two pieces of the cloth together making sure they are lined up perfectly. The seams should be a half and inch form the edge of the cloth. Each bag will need to be double stitched. After sewing 3 sides of each bag you will need to turn them inside out. Measure the corn and add about 15.5 oz of corn to each bag so the total weight of each is a pound. Fold the fabric into the bag making a 1/2 inch seam just like the other sides and pin the bags closed until you have finished the sewing.
