You can do your mixing and stuff while the oil is heating. Combine the oil, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well, and make sure there are you bumps in your batter! Sprinkle in the baking powder, cornmeal, and all-purpose flour. Make sure you have enough flour to sprinkle on the hot dogs with. Boil your hot dogs, then dry them off with a paper towel.
