Carrot cake is a very tasty dessert and easy to make. In a mixing bowl, blend sugar, eggs, oil, grated carrots, pineapple, raisins, nuts and vanilla. Then slowly add the dry ingredients of flour, baking soda and powder, salt, cinnamon and spices.
